Manage all incoming online orders, phone inquiries, partner restaurant requests, and customer feedback for Albert Banquet Hall Inc. You will be the first point of contact for customers and partner restaurants using our digital ordering platform, ensuring smooth order flow, accurate communication, and positive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Prior customer service or order management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable with digital tools and ordering platforms
- Food-safety awareness (HACCP training an asset)
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
