Albert Banquet Hall Inc. operates an active franchise restaurant at 328 Great Plains Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Our management is focused on strengthening this existing business through improved kitchen systems, inventory controls, staff training, and local marketing.
Halal Ghost
Kitchen.
A dedicated halal ghost kitchen producing 20 halal recipes developed by our managing director. All items are prepared under HACCP-compliant procedures with documented ingredients, separate handling, and halal assurance protocols.
Digital Ordering
Platform.
A dedicated website and mobile application (in development) enables customers to browse the full halal menu, place pickup or delivery orders, and track status. The same platform powers the partner restaurant portal and operations dashboard.
Partner Restaurant
Program.
The unique innovation at the heart of the Albert Banquet Hall business model. Saskatchewan restaurants that don't have a halal kitchen join our platform and offer our halal menu items to their own customers — earning 70% of every order.
